Refund, Cancellation and Returns Policy

We Love Spells provides personalized digital ritual services. No physical product is shipped, so physical returns do not apply.

Refunds or exchanges before preparation begins

If you contact us before preparation of your personalized ritual begins, you can cancel for a refund or request an exchange for a different spell. Email info@welovespells.com or WhatsApp +27 76 808 4739 as soon as possible. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. We will confirm the status of preparation and your requested change. For an exchange, any price difference will be discussed and agreed with you before the replacement ritual is prepared.

After preparation has begun

Because every ritual is personally prepared for the individual client, change-of-mind cancellations, exchanges and refunds are generally not available once preparation or casting has begun, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Service concerns

If you believe your ritual service was not supplied as described, or you have not received your promised update, please contact info@welovespells.com or WhatsApp +27 76 808 4739 with your order number and a description of the issue so we can investigate and assist you.

Spiritual outcomes

Spiritual services are personal in nature, and individual experiences and outcomes may vary. We do not guarantee a particular result. A specific outcome not occurring does not, by itself, qualify the completed service for a refund.

Duplicate or incorrect payments

Please contact us promptly if you believe you were charged more than once or charged incorrectly. Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
